by way of a clear declaration (e.g. via a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to cancel the contractual agreement concluded with us.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification concerning the exercising of the right of cancellation prior to expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel the contractual agreement, we have to return to you all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than within 14 days of the date on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contractual agreement.

If you requested commencement of the service during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your exercising of the right of cancellation compared with the overall extent of the services provided for in the contract.

Special notes

Your right of cancellation expires prematurely when the contract is performed in full by both parties at your express request, before you have exercised your right of cancellation.
